Standard Sponsorship

Conference sponsors receive high visibility to your employees and in all media and marketing materials including:

• Rotating sponsor logo on the ITRI conference site
• Acknowledgement in press materials related to the event
• Recognition in event materials
• High visibility during the event
• Bronze, Silver and Gold sponsors will also be verbally recognized during the event.

Registration of 100 attendees or more receives a 20% discount on total registration.

Proceeds go to support event costs such as: speaker fees, keynote speaker travel expenses.

Session Sponsorship

Sponsors for our various break-out sessions will receive sponsorship recognition during the break-out session as well as conference marketing material that mentions the break-out session or speaker. Marketing material such as brochures and business cards will be given out to all break-out session attendees.

How to Become a Sponsor

1. Commit to a specific sponsor level and select employees.
2. Send e-mail to employees (from you or drafted by the ITRI) and determine interest.
3. Be a Cash Sponsor and receive all marketing and promotion benefits. We welcome your support.
